The agreement between CloudDesk and your organisation. Last updated the 12th of June.
These terms govern your organisation's use of the CloudDesk platform. A workspace owner accepts them on behalf of the organisation, and is responsible for the accounts created inside the workspace.
Accounts are for named individuals and must not be shared. Workspace owners are responsible for the roles granted to their colleagues, and for removing access when somebody leaves. We may suspend an account that is used in a way that threatens platform security.
Do not attempt to access workspaces or data you have not been granted, do not probe the platform outside the scope of a written testing agreement, and do not use the reporting features to distribute unlawful material.
We target 99.95% monthly availability for the workspace service. Business hours support is included on every plan; Enterprise workspaces receive a named technical account manager and a response time target of one hour for severity one incidents.
Fees are invoiced monthly or annually in advance. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days notice. On termination, workspace data is exported on request and then deleted after 60 days.
Each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct or breach of confidentiality.
